Terms of Use for God of Stackers

Welcome to God of Stackers (the "Game"), a browser-based game developed and operated by Refined Legacy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License to Use the Game

Refined Legacy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Game or its code.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Game may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Using cheats, hacks, bots, or other unauthorized software to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior toward other players.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or other actions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, music, text, code, and designs, is owned by Refined Legacy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Game content without our explicit permission, except as permitted under these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to create or share content (e.g., usernames, in-game creations, or chat messages), you grant Refined Legacy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Game. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or infringe on others’ rights.

7. In-Game Purchases

If the Game offers in-game purchases (e.g., virtual items or currency), all transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game. We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends, and you must cease all use of the Game.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Refined Legacy does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Refined Legacy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Game.

11. Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
